January 2021

Commissioned by the ICA, in association with Repeater Books.

Taken online due to the coronavirus pandemic, For k-punk 2021 invited five artists and musicians to produce five mixes, responding to Mark Fisher’s final lectures, which were premiered on the ICA’s ‘Cinema 3’ platform. Visuals and captions were created by Sweatmother. You can view the ICA event page here.

This event followed the fourth annual Mark Fisher Memorial Lecture, organised by the Department of Visual Cultures, Goldsmiths.

Many thanks to Sara Sassannelli, Michael Watson and Elinor Potts.
